While you might not be able to do a proper workout during the work day, you can use the time outside of work to get more mobile by walking more. If you live in a pedestrian-friendly area, give your car a break and walk to the grocery store or even to your local library. It might be difficult at first, especially if you’re used to driving everywhere, but once you get in the habit, you’ll start enjoying your strolls. Plus, walking is a great way to burn calories. Recycle Old Gear
