Celliant Technology

The first thing we’d like to mention about Celliant is that Celliant products are FDA approved and labeled as medical devices. Through research, clinical trials and advisory board review, the Celliant brand has come to the forefront of recovery in recent years.

Celliant converts your natural body heat while you sleep into infrared energy. This energy is then absorbed back into your body. What does that energy do? Full-spectrum infrared light has been shown to promote improved circulation, particularly local circulation. In clinical trials, the circulation increase has registered by at least 8%.

Certifications

CertiPUR-US tests the foam in your Bear Mattress. They’re checking that the mattress is safe for both you and the planet by checking for VOC emissions, ozone depleters, harmful flame retardants, heavy metals like lead and mercury and chemicals like formaldehyde.

The CertiPUR-US certification ensures that your Bear Mattress is non-toxic, whether you’re sleeping on it yourself or allowing your littles to rest on a Bear.

Grreenguard Gold is slightly different to CertiPUR-US. While the Greenguard Gold certification does measure emissions of your mattress, the certification is primarily concerned with the safety of the mattress for the planet.

Greenguard Gold certified mattresses like the Bear Hybrid are guaranteed to meet stringent emissions standards, but also ensures that your mattress company’s sustainability claims are legitimate.

The Bear Hybrid Mattress features all the perks and benefits you’d expect from a Bear Mattress. First, of course, you’ll enjoy a hand-quilted Celliant top. The Bear Pro mattress is the next bed in our Bear Mattress review. This model includes, once again, a Celliant technology layer that will help to improve your sleep. It’s a bit different than the Bear Hybrid, however, in that this is an all-foam option.

The feel of this mattress is medium-firm as compared to the Hybrid’s Medium. Measuring 12 inches in height, this mattress features five quality layers that will help you rest better. Today, mattress companies understand that you don’t want to try out a bed in front of a pushy sales person. Your sleep habits are private to you, and you likely don’t feel like sharing them with someone with a name tag and a commission guarantee. For that reason, Bear Mattress offers an in-home sleep trial. Your sleep trial will allow you to test you mattress, without risk, to determine if the bed is right for you.

Bear Mattress asks that you try your bed for at least 365 nights, beginning on the day that your mattress is delivered to you. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your new sleep solution, simply contact the company. Just send an email to the returns department and agree of a solution that works for you.

So long as you’ve had your mattress on a firm base (even the floor!) and have treated your Bear with love, the company will refund or replace your mattress. Be sure you haven’t had your mattress for over 365 nights or the refund period is void.

Warranty 

Your Bear Mattress purchase includes a lifetime mattress warranty. This mattress warranty includes manufacturer fault. So if your bed is indented, defective, shows cracks in the foam or otherwise damaged through no fault of your own, Bear Mattress will work with you to provide a solution.

Be sure you keep track of your original sales receipt, as only the original owner of a Bear Mattress is eligible for warranty replacement or repair.

Financing

Bear Mattresses are some of the most affordable available. However, if you do choose to split up your payments, you may do so by qualifying with Affirm. Affirm is a third party financing agent that will allow you to pay for your sleep solution over 6, 12 or 18 months. Interest rates range from 0-30% and qualification is easy.
