If you can’t get by without your morning cup of joe to keep you awake, don’t worry - you don’t need to ditch it. As long as you stick to no more than five 8-ounce cups of coffee per day, you shouldn't have to worry about too many adverse effects. That being said, if you don’t drink coffee yet, there’s really no reason to start.
