There are many teas including, sleepytime Chamomile tea and Valerian Tea that promote sleep so try a few and see which ones work for you. If you have any health issues or are nursing/pregnant, make sure to speak to your doctor before you start drinking herbal tea as they could potentially cause some issues. You should also avoid drinking tea with valerian root if you are already taking another sleeping aid. With that said, in general most herbal night time tea remedies provide plenty of benefits whether that’s reducing your stress, improving your digestive tract, improving blood flow or, of course, helping you fall asleep.
